About UX1 for Customers

Starting from version 7.0, CloudBlue Commerce supports a new customer control panel (CCP) v2 (UX1 for Customers) in addition to CCP v1.

UX1 for Customers is a completely new customer control panel built with APS 2 technology. It was designed to meet the needs of today's users and make the whole work process simple and intuitive. UX1 for Customers is optional and can be enabled for either a selected group of customers or all customers of a provider or a reseller. The most significant features of this control panel are:

  • More than 200 scenarios have been improved, among them:

    • Enhanced upselling by facilitating it while users manage resources, eliminating the need to purchase resources separately.
    • Improved account and user management (including mass creation of users, embedded user creation in various scenarios, customer administrator and user creation and management in a single user interface or wizards, and a new option to send invitations to newly created users to access the control panel).
    • Enhanced domain management (domain registration and DNS management are better integrated).
  • A new look and feel:

    • A single view of all services provided by intelligent widgets.
    • A new navigation panel providing more space for the dashboard.
    • Perfect rendering on iPhone and iPad.
  • Real-time notifications informing users about important performed operations in a pop-up fashion, which are easily accessible from any screen.
  • No subscription selector (all services are accessible and there is no need to switch between purchased subscriptions).
