A provider can hide prices in UX1 for Customers. This functionality is important for providers who are using external billing systems while ordering new services and managing subscriptions in Operations.
Hide prices by disabling the Show Prices Everywhere in UX1 for Customers privilege in Operations control panel at System > Settings > Security > Privileges.
The privilege is configurable by vendor (provider or reseller) and affects all service plans under that vendor.
Notes:
1. To hide prices in on-screen order notifications, a provider must adjust locale strings (by excluding prices manually or changing their text). Order notification strings are in the PACore application.
2. To hide prices for APS 2 applications on their custom screens in UX1 for Customers, a provider must adjust the locale strings of these apps.
