To change the company logo in the Provider Panel and in Customer Panel, and the URLs to access the panels and the online store, follow the instructions at Operations Provider's Guide > Branding in CloudBlue Commerce > Creating Brand.
To set a custom logo in the online store, go to Billing > Products > Online Store > Design tab > Edit.
