Giving Discount to Group of Customers

Problem

I want to give a discount for sales of several service plans to particular group of customers. How can I do it?

Solution

1. Create a discount.
2. Add desired plans to the Discounted Plans tab of the discount.
3. Add all the targeted customers in the Accounts tab of the discount.
