- PCP. After subscription transfer, for a user (staff member) of the old customer, links to subscriptions in connected documents and orders will be visible and un-clickable with a comment that the subscription was moved to another account. For a user (staff member) that belongs to the new customer, documents and orders connected to the subscription but created before the move will not be visible. In CCP, documents and orders connected to the subscriptions and created before the move will not be visible.
- Notifications. After the transfer of each subscription is complete a notification is sent to the new subscription owner. A separate subscription notification template is used for that purpose.
