How to Upgrade CloudBlue Commerce Monitoring Suite

To upgrade CloudBlue Commerce Monitoring Suite to 1.1-11, follow these steps:

1. Update the oa-zabbix-integration rpm package at CloudBlue Commerce management nodes, UI nodes, and at the Zabbix host:
   1. Connect to a node as root using SSH.
   2. Download the rpm package from https://download.platform.cloudblue.com/oams/oa-zabbix-integration-1.1-11.rpm.

   3. Install the downloaded package:

      yum install oa-zabbix-integration-1.1-11.rpm

2. Delete triggers in each of the CloudBlue Commerce Monitoring Suite templates: CBC Business Metrics, CBC JMX, CBC MN Services and CBC UI Services:
   1. Open Zabbix panel.
   2. Go to Configuration > Templates and click on a template.
   3. Click Triggers.
   4. Select all the triggers, click Delete and confirm deletion.

3. Update templates in Zabbix:

   Note: Any existing customizations in items or triggers will be lost after you reimport the templates. 

   1. Download the /usr/local/pem/monitoring/zbx_export_templates.xml file to your workstation.
   2. Log in to the Zabbix control panel.
   3. Go to Configuration > Templates and click Import.
   4. Click Choose file and locate zbx_export_template.xml.

   5. Click Import.

When finished, the CloudBlue Commerce Monitoring Suite is updated.
