This method is supported by Operations starting from version 2.9 hotfix03

This method returns a list of direct child Accounts for the specified vendor's Account (Provider's or Reseller's one).

The method has the following input parameters:

vendor_id	int	ID of vendor's Account (ID of Provider's or Reseller's Account)

The method returns the following array:
