Provider Costs Limitations

These are the limitations on using provider costs feature:

1. The distribution chain must be configured in one of these ways:

   • L₀ (Provider) > L₁ (Provider's OpCo) > L₂ (Reseller) > L₃ (End customer)

   • L₀ (Provider) > L₁ (Provider's OpCo) > L₂ (Provider's OpCo) > L₃ (End customer)

   Note: Provider costs must be configured for the OpCo that is the closest to the end customer (highlighted with bold in the above examples).

2. No fees are supported for subscription period: Setup, recurring, renewal, transfer, and deposit fees must be set to 0; cancellation fee must be set to None.

3. Included resources in service plans: The Inc. Units value must be set to 0.
