Processing Approval Requests

Requests that require approval can be processed manually before being handled automatically. When such a request is created, approvers receive a notification in their control panels that a new request is waiting for approval. Approvers can also check the list of pending requests to learn which requests to process.

To process an approval request, complete the following steps.

  1. Log in to UX1 for Resellers.
  2. Open Approvals and check for pending requests.
  3. Open a request to process. You will see all necessary details about the request:

    • The reason why the request requires approval.
    • Contact information of the user who created the request.
  4. Approve or reject the request and specify the reason for your decision.
