Accounts Receivable Statements Report
This report is used to analyze statements of a selected customer. The report shows documents information for a particular customer by one of the statements selected.
- Document information
- Total of all documents in the Open status only.
- Total of all documents regardless of their status.
- Aging categories and balance of overdue documents. If no documents fall in one of these categories, the respective column will contain "0.00" entry. The aging categories are defined in the statement cycle associated with the customer.
- Aging category and show balance of current documents (documents, which due date is after or on the date of report).
Report contents may differ depending on customer's statement cycle format.
To view the report, select the customer account and one of the statement dates, and click View Report.
- Document ID – an identifier of the document.
- Document Type – types of customer's documents.
- Document # – reference numbers of documents.
- Document Date – creation dates of documents.
- Due Date – expiration dates of documents.
- Total – total of each of documents in the Open status only.
- Statement Balance – total of each of documents regardless of their status.
- Over 90, 31 to 90, 11 to 30, 1 to 10 – represents ageing categories and shows balance of overdue documents. If no documents fall in one of these categories, the respective column contains the "0.00" entry. The ageing categories are defined in the statement cycle associated with the customer.
- Current – represents ageing category and show balance of documents that are not overdue yet. Due date of these documents is after or on the date of analysis.
- Total – summarizes documents' amounts.
Click the report's creation date to drill down to details of the statement.
- Statement ID – a unique identifier of the statement.
- Customer – a unique identifier and account name of the customer.
- Statement Date – a date of the statement.
- Beginning Balance – a beginning balance of the customer.
- Debit Amount – a debit amount of the customer.
- Credit Amount – a credit amount of the customer.
- Ending Balance – an ending balance of the customer.
- Current, Aged Category 2, Aged Category 3, Aged Category 4, Aged Category 5 – represents ageing categories and shows balance of documents.
