Account Transfer Requirements

A customer account can only be moved if the following conditions are met:

  1. All customer's subscriptions are based on service plans that have common ancestor (in terms of plan delegation) under both vendors.
  2. The customer doesn't have incomplete orders.

Account Transfer Limitations

  1. Reseller accounts cannot be transferred.
  2. During the transfer, Promotions are not preserved.
  3. The prices remain the same in subscriptions but can be changed by vendor; new prices will be applied on the next daily billing.
  4. Moving of a customer account can be rejected by Operations in case the customer is subscribed to a service that is not supported for account transferring.
