Activating Subscription

To bring subscription services in Running state (after putting subscription on credit hold), it has to be activated.

To activate a subscription:

  1. Open Operations > Account > Customers submenu of the Navigation tree. The list of your customers appears on the screen.
  2. Select a customer whose subscription you want to activate. To do this, click on the respective link in the Account ID or in the Account Name column. Properties of the selected customer account appear on the screen.
  3. Switch to the Subscriptions tab. The list of customer's subscriptions appears on the screen.
  4. Select desired subscription by clicking on the respective link in the ID or Plan column. Properties of the selected subscription appear on the screen.
  5. Click Release From Credit Hold if the subscription is on Credit Hold.
  6. Note: You can activate only those subscriptions that have the Stopped service status. Otherwise, the button is disabled.

Upon completion, the subscription Service Status changes to Running. This means that customer is able to use the subscription services again.
