Adding an Order Queue
By default you are offered with a list of predefined queues. Add extra as needed.
To add an order queue:
- Open System > Settings > Order Processing > Order Queues. The list of available queues appears on the screen.
- Click Add New Order Queue. The adding new order queue dialog window is displayed.
- Type a free-form order queue description into the Description field.

next to the Role field. From the window that opens, choose a security role to use. Only users with the selected security role will see this queue.
Important: For a user to be able to see an order queue, assign the associated security role to the user directly, not by including it in another security role which the user already has via the Included Roles tab of that role.
- Click Save to finish creating new queue.
An order queue starts functioning. The queue will be empty until at least one queue detail is created. A queue detail defines the criteria of adding orders to the queue.
