Closing Statement Cycle

Statement is a snap-shot of customer status at a particular time. This snap-shot is generated during closing of statement cycle, which should be done regularly. The closing statement cycle process is used to generate statements for the selected customer groups.

To close a statement cycle:

1. Open Finance > Close Statement Cycles. The list of available statement cycles appears on the screen.
2. Mark one or more cycles you want to close by selecting respective check boxes.
3. Click Start Processing. All customers of each selected statement cycle will get new statements generated.
