Configuring Outstanding Balance Notification
You can set one of the account notification templates to be used for reminding customers of outstanding balance.
To configure the outstanding balance notification:
- Open System > Settings > Notifications > Common Notification Settings. Account notification settings appear on the screen.
- Click Edit. The configuring notification settings dialog window is displayed.
- Type a notification frequency (in days) into the Overdue Notification Interval (Days) field. The parameter defines how often the overdue notification messages are sent (once in N days specified) during due and grace periods set in account credit terms.
- Click
next to the Overdue Notification Template field. From the window that opens, select an account notification template to be used for reminding customers. If no template is selected, the reminder will not be sent.
- Click Save to confirm changes.
