Configuring Subscription Next Billing Date

Important: Ensure you are fully aware of the consequences of changing the Next Billing Date:
- If the Next Billing Date is changed to a date before the subscription is already billed, the customer is billed twice.
- If the Next Billing Date is changed to a date after the subscription is already billed, the next billing (and therefore payment) is skipped.

To set a subscription next billing date:

  1. Go to Operations > Subscriptions.

  2. Select a subscription for which you want to configure the next billing date. To do this, click the respective link in the ID or in the Subscription Name column.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Select the date for the Next Billing Date field.

    Important: The new Next Billing Date cannot be set to the past from the current date.

  5. Click Save.
