Creating a Copy of Order Flow

If needed, a current order flow used by provider or any of resellers can be saved in one of existing order flows. A copied order flow is called source and a template where the current order flow is saved is called target. As a result of copying, target order flow is overwritten with a source one.

You can copy an order flow into another existing order flow or just create a new order flow copy. For that:

  1. Open System > Settings > Order Processing > All Order Flows.
  2. Click on the order flow you want to be copied (a source).
  3. Click Copy. The respective form is displayed.
  4. Select whether the order flow will be copied to an existing flow, or to a new copy. Use the Destination Order Flow section.
  5. Click next to the Copy to Existing field. From the window that opens, select your order flow that will be used to save a copy.
  6. Check the respective boxes to apply global and provider's customization.
  7. Review the copying summary and if everything is correct, click Finish. Otherwise, click Cancel to be one wizard step back.

Note: the All Order Flows menu item is only visible in PCP; only provider can change (edit) order flows.
