Credit Card Charges Report

This report is used to analyze Credit Card e-transactions completed in the specified period. The following information is presented in this report:

  • Customer information
  • Credit card information
  • Documents of related transactions
  • Date and time of transactions
  • Amount transferred upon processing transactions

Note: The report does not include redirect payments, for example, PayPal.

The report has the following structure:

To view the report, select a period and click View Report. The summary of transactions appears. Click the link under the Count or the Total column to drill down to the following screens:

  • On the Results tab, transactions grouped by a status are displayed:
    • Status – a status of credit card transactions.
    • Count – a number of transactions of each type processed over the specified period.
    • Total – a total amount transferred upon processing transactions of each type.

    Click the desired link under Status or Count to view a report by transaction status:

    • Customer ID – unique identifiers of customers, credit card owners.
    • Company/Person – names of customers.
    • Document # – reference numbers of documents of customers.
    • Document Type – types of documents.
    • Type – types of credit cards.
    • Card Number – numbers of credit cards (only first and last four digits are shown).
    • Performed on – date and time when the transaction was performed.
    • Amount – an amount transferred upon processing each of transactions of the selected type.
    • Auth Code – an authentication code of the respective transaction for this payment (electronic payments only).
    • Status – the transaction status (Money Captured).
    • Document ID – an identifier of the document.

    Click the link under Customer ID or Company/Person to view information of a particular account.

    Click the link under Document # to view the particular document.

  • On the Details tab, transactions details without grouping are displayed.

    Click the link under Customer ID or Company/Person to view information of a particular account.

    Click the link under Document # to view the particular document.

  • On the Customer/Results tab, transactions grouped by customer and transaction status are displayed.

    Click the link under Customer ID or Company/Person to view information of a particular account.

    Click the link under Status to view details of transaction of particular status.
