Deleting Notification Schedule

Before deleting schedule, make sure it is not assigned to a service plan. If there is at least one active service plan the schedule is assigned to, it can not be deleted.

To delete notification schedule(s):

1. Open System > Settings > Notifications, click Subscription Expiration, the list of notification schedules available appears on the screen.
2. Mark schedule(s) you want to delete by selecting respective check box(es).
3. Click Delete to delete selected notification schedules.
