Before deleting a service plan, make sure that there are no subscriptions to it. If at least one subscription exists, the plan can not be deleted. In this case, subscription(s) status does not matter. Before deleting a service plan, please check not only active, but all subscriptions related to a plan.
To delete service plans:
- Open the Products > Service Plans submenu of the Navigation tree. The list of service plans available appears on the screen.
- Mark service plans you want to delete by selecting respective check boxes.
- Click Delete to delete selected service plans.
