To enable destruction of a subscription data on the subscription cancellation:
- In the control panel, go to Products > Service Plans.
- Select the service plan the subscriptions to which you want to be destroyed on cancellation.
- In the Service Template field, click the name (or the identifier) of the service template that is assigned to the chosen service plan. The service template's General details are displayed.
- Click Edit and select the Destroy Service on Cancel check box to enable this option.
- Click Save. The Destroy Service on Cancel option is set to the Yes value.
The data of subscriptions associated with the specified service plan will be immediately destroyed in case of subscription cancellation. The license relating to this subscription will be terminated, the billing will be stopped.
Important: If the Destroy Service on Cancel option is enabled, is it impossible to restore the destroyed data after canceling a subscription.
