Expired Subscriptions Report
This report is used to analyze expired subscriptions. Five types of the report is available:
- Graced for Period – view a report on subscriptions passed their expiration date and grace period of which ends within the reporting period.
- All Graced – view a report on subscriptions passed their expiration date and which are still in their grace period. This format does not use reporting period.
- Expired for Period – view a report on subscriptions passed their grace date and hold period of which ends within the reporting period.
- All Expired – view a report on subscriptions passed their grace date and which are still in their hold period. This format does not use reporting period.
- All Suspended – view a report on subscriptions terminated but not yet destroyed. This format does not use reporting period.
To view a report, select a period and click the desired report button. A screen will appear, which displays a list of subscriptions.
- ID – a unique identifier of a subscription.
- Subscription Name – a name of a subscription.
- Customer Account ID – a unique identifier of customer account.
- Customer Name – a name of customer account.
- Expiration Date – an expiration date of a subscription.
- Shutdown Date – a termination date of a subscription.
- Last Billing Date – a date and time of the last customer invoice.
- Plan Name – a name of a service plan the subscription belongs to.
- Billing Model – defines when a customer should be charged for the provided services.
- Subscription Period Unit – a period unit of a subscription.
- Subscription Period Duration – a length of a subscription period.
- Billing Period Type – a period type of subscriptions.
- Billing Period – defines the billing period.
