Exporting Products

You can export Product Inventory data to an Excel file for analysis or to update prices:

  1. The Prices menu item is available in both classic panel and in UX1. Depending on the panel, complete the steps below.

    • In classic panel, go to Services > Prices and click Export.

    • In UX1, go to Portfolio > Prices and click Export.

Optionally, select a vendor, if you want to export products only for one vendor.

  2. Click Finish to download an Excel file with the Product Inventory data.

Note: In Product Inventory, you can see only products that are published. The exported file contains both published and not published products. The Active column in the exported file helps you understand whether the product is published: True means published, False means not published.
