Giving Discount to Customer
A discount applied to an account is valid to all charges related to this account including subscription cancellation fee.
To give discount to a customer:
- Open Products > Marketing > Discounts. The list of available discounts (if any) appears on the screen.
- Select a discount which you want to give to a customer by clicking on the respective link in the Name column. Discount properties appear on the screen.
- Proceed to the Accounts tab. The list of customer accounts that were already given the discount (if any) appears on the screen.
- Click Add Account In Discount. The assigning discount to an account dialog starts.
- Mark account you want to give the discount by selecting respective check boxes.
- Click Add Selected Account(s) to add selected accounts to discount.
