If a discount is assigned to a customer class, all customers belonging to the class receive the discount on all the plans listed under the Discounted Plans tab of the discount. If the discount is applicable to all service plans, all customers of the class receive discount on any service plan purchase. The same goes for resources.
To give a discount to all customers belonging to a customer class:
- Open Products > Marketing > Discounts. The list of available discounts (if any) appears on the screen.
- Select a discount which you want to give to customers belonging to a customer class by clicking on the respective link in the Name column. Discount properties appear on the screen.
- Proceed to the Customer Classes tab. The list of customer classes that were already given the discount (if any) appears on the screen.
- Click Add New Customer Class In Discount. The assigning discount to a customer class dialog starts.
- Select a customer class, customers of which you want to give a discount, from the Customer Class menu.
- Click Save to finish.
