Giving Discount to New Customers by Customer Class

To give discount to new customers by customer class:

1. Open Products > Service Plans. The list of service plans available appears on the screen.
2. Select service plan you want to assign customer class to by clicking on the respective link in the ID or in the Name column. Selected service plan properties appear on the screen.
3. Click Edit. The editing service plan properties dialog window is displayed.
4. Select customer class from the Customer Class list.
5. Click Save to confirm changes.
6. Add the customer class to desired discount.
7. Add service plans and resources new customer will get discount for to the same discount.
