Importing and Exporting Order Flow

Order flows can be imported from a file or exported into a file if needed. This provides a way of backing up order flows and assigning a particular order flow to the system without the need for manual configuration. The allowed file format is XML.

To import an order flow from file:

1. Open System > Settings > Order Processing > All Order Flows. The list of order flows is displayed.
2. Click Import. The Import Order form is displayed. Fill out the form:
   • Click Choose File and locate the file.
   • Define destination order flow in respective section: select Create New or Copy to Existing.
3. Click Import. Order flow import starts. When finished, the list of order flows with the imported one added will be displayed.

To export an order flow to a file:

1. Open System > Settings > Order Processing > All Order Flows. The list of order flows is displayed.
2. Mark the order flow to be exported by selecting the box next to the order flow name.
3. Click Export. The Export Options form is displayed.
   • Check the respective boxes to apply global and provider's customization.
4. Click Export. Order flow export starts.
