Making a Service Plan Available for Sale

To make a service plan available to customers in the CloudBlue Commerce:

1. The service plan must be published (i.e. available for sale). See below.
2. The service plan must be included in some sales category (i.e. some category of services). See below.
3. The sales category must be visible in the End-Customer and Reseller Marketplaces.

To publish a service plan and make it available for sale:

1. Go to Products > Service Plans. Click the necessary service plan in the list.
2. Switch to the Publication Settings tab. Click Edit. Tick Published in the Plan Settings section.
3. Select the necessary sales categories to list the service plan among the corresponding offers. Save the changes.

Note: We recommend that you publish a service plan only after you fully complete its configuration.
