Order queue is a way to handle a considerable number of orders. Full customer orders list can always be filtered by many parameters, such as order type and status, customer name, and the like. However, it may be convenient to have few pre-filtered lists: New Orders, Open Orders, Fraud Orders and the like. This can be easily achieved by custom order queues. With proper grouping, order queues can serve as a sales pipe-line.
