Managing System Tasks
To configure system tasks, please see Configuring Event Settings in Billing.
Viewing Scheduled System Tasks
- Go to Billing > System > Settings > System > Events.
- To view scheduled tasks related to a particular event, in the Event Types tab, click the necessary event type, then switch to the Scheduler tab.
- To view information on all scheduled tasks for all event types, switch to the Scheduler tab.
Troubleshooting Failed Tasks Related to a Particular Event Type
- In the Event Types tab, click the necessary event type.
- Go to the Event Log tab, click a failed task, study the error, troubleshoot as necessary.
- To restart the task manually, click Resubmit.
