Managing System Tasks

To configure system tasks, please see Configuring Event Settings in Billing.

Viewing Scheduled System Tasks

  1. Go to Billing > System > Settings > System > Events.
  2. To view scheduled tasks related to a particular event, in the Event Types tab, click the necessary event type, then switch to the Scheduler tab.
  3. To view information on all scheduled tasks for all event types, switch to the Scheduler tab.

Troubleshooting Failed Tasks Related to a Particular Event Type

  1. In the Event Types tab, click the necessary event type.
  2. Go to the Event Log tab, click a failed task, study the error, troubleshoot as necessary.
  3. To restart the task manually, click Resubmit.
