Mass Editing SKUs for Service Plans

Provider has the capability to mass edit the following service plan properties:

• SKU codes (in Plan Periods, Resource Rates, Resource Rate Periods).
• Fees description (in Plan Periods, Resource Rates, Resource Rate Periods).
• Sort Order (in Plan Periods and Resource Rates).

To change the plan properties that are specified above, the following actions are required:

1. Go to Products > Service Plans.
2. Click on the name of the service plan for which an SKU, Fee Description or Sort Order is to be specified. Service plan details are displayed.
3. Depending on the parameters to be assigned, switch to the Plan Periods, Resource Rates or Resource Rate Periods tab.
4. Click the Mass Edit button at the toolbar.
5. Click the Select Columns link. The list of columns is displayed.
6. In the list of columns, check the necessary SKU and Fee Description fields to be displayed at the screen, and then click Save.
7. Edit the fields; then save changes by clicking the same-name button at the toolbar.

Limitations

1. Mass Edit screen does not allow to create a new SKU.
2. The system does not allow to use the SKU codes of other vendors.
