For your convenience Billing is shipped with an ability to print out receivable documents in the PDF format on a mass scale. It means that multiple documents can be selected and printed out in a batch after being automatically converted to PDF. The complete batch history is saved, so one can reprint a particular batch if needed.
In Billing, the batch used for documents print job is called Print Queue.
Important: To enable printing of notifications converted into PDF files, specify the PDF Templates for the payment and refund notifications at System > Settings > Notifications > Common Notification Settings. If these template settings are not specified, the PDF conversion will not work. For more information how to set the PDF notification templates, refer to Adjusting Notifications Settings.
