Monitoring Service Status History

Subscription Service Status History tab presents the history of service provisioning – what was happening with the service and how its status was changing. This is the main place to look for details when investigating why order provisioning has been failed.

The Service Status History tab lists changes of service status. Each service status change contains information of change cause.

To view what has caused order provisioning to fail:

  1. Open Operations > Orders. The list of customers' orders appears on the screen.
  2. Select the failed order by clicking on the respective link in the OrderID or in the Order Number column. Selected order properties appear on the screen.
  3. Switch to the Provisioning Items tab. The list of order provisioning items appears on the screen.
  4. Select the subscription ID of the failed item by clicking on the respective link in the Subscription ID column. Selected subscription properties appear on the screen.
  5. Switch to the Service Status History tab. The list of service status changes appears on the screen.
  6. Find service status change with outgoing status Not Provisioned and view its comment. Comment describes why service provisioning has failed.
