Notifying Customer on Subscription Automatical Renewal

You want to notify customer of subscription renewal 10, 7, and 3 days before the subscription expiration date.

1. Create notification template with appropriate text, you want to send customer. For example:
• Message Type – Subscription Notification,
• Template Name – Subscription Renewal Notice,
2. Create notification schedule, for example, "Subscription Renewal".
3. Add three schedule details with the following parameters:
• Schedule detail 1:
• Send Time – Before Expiration
• Days – 10
• Template for notification – Subscription Renewal Notice
• Send Condition – Always
• Applicable To – Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
• Schedule detail 2:
• Send Time – Before Expiration
• Days – 7
• Template for notification – Subscription Renewal Notice
• Send Condition – Always
• Applicable To – Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
• Schedule detail 3:
• Send Time – Before Expiration
• Days – 3
• Template for notification – Subscription Renewal Notice
• Send Condition – Always
• Applicable To – Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Note: the value set in the Days field defines the number of days before or after subscription expiration when the notification is to be sent. Starting from this date, the notification will be sent on every day of a 7-days period.
