Notifying Customer on Subscription Expiration

You want to notify customer of necessity of subscription expiration 10, 7, and 3 days before the subscription expiration date.

  1. Create notification template with appropriate text, you want to send customer. For example:
    • Message Type – Subscription Notification,
    • Template Name – Subscription Expires,
  2. Create notification schedule, for example, "Subscription Expires".
  3. Add three schedule details with the following parameters:
    • Schedule detail 1:
      • Send Time – Before Expiration,
      • Days – 10,
      • Template for notification – Subscription Expires,
      • Send Condition – Always,
      • Applicable To – Not Auto-Renewing Subscriptions.
    • Schedule detail 2:
      • Send Time – Before Expiration,
      • Days – 7,
      • Template for notification – Subscription Expires,
      • Send Condition – Always,
      • Applicable To – Not Auto-Renewing Subscriptions.
    • Schedule detail 3:
      • Send Time – Before Expiration,
      • Days – 3,
      • Template for notification – Subscription Expires,
      • Send Condition – Always,
      • Applicable To – Not Auto-Renewing Subscriptions.

Note: the value set in the Days field defines the number of days before or after subscription expiration when the notification is to be sent. Starting from this date, the notification will be sent on every day of a 7-days period.
