This report is used to analyze sales of subscriptions over the selected period.
You can select from the following report types:
- View Report – view a report on subscriptions grouped by service plan.
- View Report by Period – view a report on subscriptions grouped by service plan and subscription period.
- View Detailed Report – view a summary of subscriptions details report.
The report has the following structure:
To view the report on subscriptions grouped by service plan and subscription period, specify the period and click View Report by Period. A screen will appear, which shows a list of subscriptions grouped by service plan and by subscription period.
- Plan ID – a unique identifier of a service plan.
- Plan Name – a name of a service plan.
- Category – a category of a service plan.
- Period Duration – a subscription period of a service plan.
- Period Type – a subscription period type.
- Signup – a number of subscriptions to each of service plans.
- Shutdown – a number of cancelled subscriptions (if any) of service plans.
- Setup Fee – a fee charged for initial provisioning of the subscription and all included resources for each of service plans.
- Yearly Subscr. Fee – a yearly subscription fee for each of service plans.
- Total – a total fee for each of service plans. (Total = Setup Fee + Yearly Subscr. Fee)
Click the link under Plan ID or Plan Name to view details of subscriptions.
Unlike the View Report by Period, the View Report report shows the list of subscriptions grouped only by service plan.
The View Detailed Report report shows a list of subscriptions without grouping.
- Status – a status of subscriptions to each of service plans within the selected period.
- ID – a unique identifier of a subscription.
- Subscr. Name – a name of a subscription.
- Account ID – a unique identifier of a customer account.
- Account Name – a name of the customer account.
- Address – an address of the customer account.
- Phone Number – a phone number of the customer account.
- City – a city of the customer account.
- State / Province – a state or province of the customer account.
- Zip /Postal Code – a zip / postal code of the customer account.
