Resubmitting Domain Transfer

After you have corrected domain transfer failure cause, resubmit order for provisioning.

To resubmit domain transfer provisioning item for processing:

  1. Open Operations > Orders. The list of customers' orders appears on the screen.
  2. Select the failed order by clicking on the respective link in the OrderID or in the Order Number column. Selected order properties appear on the screen.
  3. Switch to the Provisioning Items tab. The list of order provisioning items appears on the screen.
  4. Select the failed domain registration provisioning item by clicking on the respective link in the ID or in the Description column. Selected provisioning item properties appear on the screen.
  5. Select Checking Transfer Status option from the Domain Status list.
  6. Click Save Changes to confirm changes.
  7. Switch to the General tab.
  8. Click Resubmit For Provisioning to resubmit order for provisioning.
