In the case of manual verification of users' data, you might need to request a scan copy of a passport (or another document) to be sent by a user. To send the user a reminder about the necessity for data verification:
- In the control panel, go to Operations > Customers. The list of existing customers is displayed.
- Click the name of the customer to whom you want to send a notification. The customer General information is displayed.
- At the bottom of the page, click Send Notification. The list of available notifications is displayed.
- Select the necessary notification and click Send Notification. A message about a successful operation is displayed.
