Subscription is always created as a part of order processing. When an order is placed, the subscription is automatically created with the Ordered status and the Not Provisioned service status. In dependence on order flow configuration subscription passes fraud screening before service provisioning or skips it. After successful check order will proceed to provisioning. In case ordered services are provisioning through a non-integrated system manual approval is required.
