A subscription can be transferred only if the following conditions are met:
- Both customer accounts belong to the same distributor.
- Both customer accounts are assigned the same brand.
Subscriptions Transfer Limitations
- General limitations:
- Subscriptions of reseller accounts cannot be moved.
- Subscriptions managed by a common account-wide service user can only be moved together; the service user is moved as well.
- Limitations by subscription state:
- All orders related to the subscriptions being moved should be in their final states.
- Subscriptions in “intermediate" provisioning states (Provisioning, Starting, Stopping, Removing, Changing Plan) and terminated subscriptions cannot be moved.
