Viewing Privileges of Service Management Roles (Operations)
To view the privileges given to a role in Operations:
- Log in to Operations as provider.
- Go to System > Settings and click Security in the Core list. All the existing service management rolesare listed on the Roles tab, which is subdivided into three sub-tabs: Staff member roles, Reseller roles, and Customer roles.
- Switch to the necessary sub-tab (Staff member roles, Reseller roles, or Customer roles) to see the list of staff member, reseller, or customer roles.
- Click the necessary role in the list and switch to the Privileges tab. All the privileges given to the role are listed.
Note: If the list doesn't display all the privileges, click Reset Search.
