Viewing Privileges of Service Management Roles (Operations)

To view the privileges given to a role in Operations:

  1. Log in to Operations as provider.
  2. Go to System > Settings and click Security in the Core list. All the existing service management rolesare listed on the Roles tab, which is subdivided into three sub-tabs: Staff member roles, Reseller roles, and Customer roles.
  3. Switch to the necessary sub-tab (Staff member roles, Reseller roles, or Customer roles) to see the list of staff member, reseller, or customer roles.
  4. Click the necessary role in the list and switch to the Privileges tab. All the privileges given to the role are listed.
  5. Note: If the list doesn't display all the privileges, click Reset Search.
