Adding a Service Template for Minimum Commitment-Based Offers

To create minimum commitment-based offerings, first create a service template in the following way:

1. Go to Billing > Products > Service Plans. Switch to the Service Templates tab.
2. Click Add New Service Template. In the Service Name column, select End Customer Agreement Gate. Click Next.
3. Complete the fields:
   • Service Name: a descriptive name for the service.
   • Version: a version number.
   • Active: select to be able to create service plans based on this service template.
4. Save the service template.
