Note: To enable personal data extraction, update the GDPR application to the latest version.
To comply with the GDPR https://gdpr-info.eu/art-20-gdpr/, you must be able to provide your users with the personal data concerning them.
To extract a user's personal data upon that user's request, do the following:
- Obtain the internal identifier of that user. Refer to the Finding User's ID section for the instructions.
- In the Provider Control Panel, go to Services > Data Protection.
- Enter the ID of the user and click Search.
- Click Export Data as PDF to export data in a human-readable format or Export Data as JSON to get data in a machine-readable format.
As a result, a file with the user's personal data will be saved to your disk.
