Promotional Offer

A promotional offer takes precedence over a discounted one.

If there are several promotional offers configured in the system, and a customer places an order, the system prioritizes a more specific promotional parameter to apply a corresponding offer to the purchase.

A more specific promotional condition has priority over less specific ones. That is, the billing system checks whether it contains a promo code in the first turn, then checks whether it has an up-sale, and finally, a “global” promotion. Also, the “One period” setting for a service plan overrides the “Any period” setting.
