If necessary, you can customize the name under which the language is displayed to customers on the login screen.
To change the locale's language name, perform the following steps:
- In Operations control panel, go to System > Settings > Locales in the Core group and select the locale you want to rename.
- On the General tab, click Edit.
- Specify the desired language name in the Language name field and click Submit.
You can change the Language name of the locale, but you cannot change its Language code property.
