The CloudBlue Commerce logging solution consists of the following parts:

Fluent Bit instances running in pods on cluster nodes with CloudBlue Commerce components (one Fluent Bit instance per cluster node). Those Fluent Bit instances retrieve log records from container log files and send them to Fluentd instances for processing.

Fluentd instances running in pods on dedicated cluster nodes. Those Fluentd instances receive log records from Fluent Bit instances, process and sort the records by time, and send the processed log records to storage.

Storage. The logging solution, depending on the kind of your cloud infrastructure, can use the following types of storage:

Azure Blob Storage (for Azure)

File-based storage (for on-premises infrastructures)

This architecture is aimed at minimizing the impact on the performance of CloudBlue Commerce components.
