Introduction

ConnectWise, Autotask, Xero, Syncro, QuickBooks, Sage and Dynamics 365 Business Central are external systems that can be integrated with Reseller Marketplace to optimize the process of purchasing services and propagating these transactions to the external systems.

With the Native Integrations, the following scenarios are now supported:

  • Accessing external systems' native integrations from UX1 for Resellers
  • Synchronizing between Reseller Marketplace and external systems, including:
    • New subscriptions
    • Existing subscriptions (resource upsize and downsize)
    • Usage-based subscriptions
    • Subscription cancellation
  • Creating an external system product
  • Reconciling customers' subscriptions (ConnectWise and Autotask)
  • Importing customers to Reseller Marketplace from external systems
  • Mapping customers and products between Reseller Marketplace and external systems
  • Accessing Reseller Marketplace from ConnectWise.

Known limitations:

  • Currently, only one native integration is supported for a reseller. If you do not have any native integrations you can select one of the supported integrations, Xero, Syncro, QuickBooks, ConnectWise, Autotask, Sage or Dynamics 365 Business Central. If you already have one system integrated and want to change it to another one, please contact the support team. If you want to use several native integrations at once, please notify the support team about this.
  • It is not possible to place orders from Native Integrations. Use Reseller Marketplace to place an order.
  • During subscription reconciliation, it is possible to select the billing period even if it was invoiced in Native Integrations.
  • During subscription reconciliation, additions are created without proration.
  • Native integrations are not supported under the provider account.
  • External branding (skins, and so on) is not supported.
  • Subscription cancellation synchronization is not supported in the QuickBooks integration.
  • Subscription reconciliation is not supported in QuickBooks, Syncro, Xero, Sage and Dynamics 365 Business Central integrations.
  • Mapping of stock items is not supported in Sage integration.
  • The reseller's account and sales currencies must be the same.
