Activating a Service Template

To use your created service template you need to activate it. You can see the current state of service templates on the Service Templates page in the Active column.

To activate your service template:

1. Click the name of the service template that you have created and wish to activate.

2. Click Activate on the displayed page.

   Note: The Activate button may be disabled unless the resource limits of the associated resource type are not defined.

The state of the service template will become Active.

Now you can start subscribing customers to this service template using End-Customer Marketplace. For this purpose, you need to create a service plan for the service template in Billing and subscribe an account to this service plan. See the Billing Provider's Guide for details.
