Adding a Network Address to the List of Trusted Networks

To add a network address (an IP address and a netmask) to the account’s list of trusted networks, perform the following actions:

  1. Go to System > Settings > Security in the Core group > Setup tab.
  2. Go to the Allowed Networks subtab.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Specify a network address from which users of this account will be allowed to log in.

Note: To avoid situations when a user blocks the possibility to log in from their own location, the current client IP address is set as a default value in the IP Address field.

  5. Click Submit to save the new entry.

The network address is added to the list of trusted networks.
