Managing Subscriptions

A subscriber can use resources only after they are subscribed to a service template that includes these resources. That is, such a service template becomes their subscription.

In the CloudBlue Commerce control panel, most operations with subscriptions are performed on the Subscriptions screen. You can access this screen in one of the following ways:

• Directly to the list of all subscriptions:

  1. Go to Operations > Subscriptions.
  2. Select a subscription.

• From a Customer or Reseller management screen:

  1. Select the subscriber type:

     • To manage a reseller's subscription, go to Operations > Resellers.
     • To manage a customer's subscription, go to Operations > Customers.
  2. Click the subscriber's name in the list.
  3. Open the Subscriptions tab.
  4. Select a subscription.

• From a Service Template management screen:

  1. Go to Products > Service Templates.
  2. Select a service template.
  3. Open the Subscriptions tab.
  4. Select a subscription.
